We treat your home with the uppermost care and respect, changing from outdoor shoes to our cleaning shoes and treating your possessions with the absolute respect that you would expect from a professional company.

Our Process

Vacuum: We completely vacuum your carpet with a high filtration commercial machine.

Move Large Furnishings: We will move items such as chairs and sofas and tables – we would request that you move fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.

Pre Spot: We pre treat any difficult stains using specialist spot removers and techniques. It is important to note that not all stains can be removed and some will be permanently ‘set’ into the carpet.

Pre Spray: We then apply our environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. Depending on the degree of soiling and type of carpet this can vary dramatically.

Low Moisture Clean: We can use a series of bonnet pads and agitation pads to successfully remove stains and dirt from your carpets whilst using the minimum moisture necessary.

Agitation: We use a rotating brush machine to ensure an even distribution of the pre-spray to your carpet fibres, this also helps to remove stains.

Extraction (if required): We can then extract the residual soil from your carpet using our hot water extraction machine. Protective foil or tabs will be placed under any furniture that we have moved and we will check to ensure that the items will not mark the carpet due to metal feet or wood dye seeping out. If we have any concerns we will place tabs or foils under each foot.

Grooming: We will re-set the carpet pile using our grooming brush if you require but the ‘wand marks’ will disappear when you begin to use the carpet again.

Rapid Dry: We can use turbo driers to enable quicker drying times if required.

Final Inspection: Once you are happy with the cleaning will we pack away our tools.
